Just to update, Kentucky now has a new law that allows processors to be home based bakers. You no longer are restricted to being a farmer. Google House Bill 263 or Kentucky Home Bakers for more information. :)

Hi everyone! Just wanted to update you that starting July 14, 2018 home-based processors will no longer be required to be farmers in Kentucky.
