    Hey hey. Quick-ish question….
    I am doing a fundraiser for my music via crowd-funding. I wanted to offer my mothers homemade cookies as an incentive for people to donate money. The crowd-funding page will be open to the public, and anyone from anywhere could potentially donate. At that point the plan was to bake the cookies and mail them to whoever donated. Do we need a license to do this?

      I don’t think there would be any legal way to do that. I’d say your options are: a) don’t offer food items as an incentive, b) offer commercially-produced and unopened cookies as an incentive, c) don’t worry about the legality and do it anyway.
