Hi David, I would like to tap into a certain market by preparing chocolate dipped pretzels, cookies, or rice krispy squares once a month in my community via mail order or word of mouth. These items would be produced in my kitchen which has no carpeting, but I have a dog. What kind of licensing do I need to proceed?
