I think I know the answer but couldn’t find it explicitly written in FAQs. Can someone sell peanuts mixed with batter then fried under cottage law? There’s an awesome Indonesian “peanut cracker” called rempeyek kacang that’s very popular at parties and festivals. Typically people pre-order and pick up at event. We’re sponsoring an event and expect that someone will ask about availability of crackers. We’re getting special event liability insurance and will need to know legality of that particular food
