What’s your opinion about canned food? I mean which canned food do you like most and which company do you think provides the best-canned food?

I’m not sure. I’d recommend contact the ag dept and see what they say. There’s a pretty good chance that they will allow them. They might allow these items if you go through that process.

I’d recommend you start with a cottage food business, which does not require you to get a permit from the health or ag dept. I’m very new to the Cottage Food law,
for bake cake And pastry for sale from home do I need a permit or license?
I need to register my business if I doing the sales or running my business from home?
Do I need a identification number or fill taxes for my home business? The ag dept doesn’t require a permit or license, but your local area might require some kind of license. See here for more info:

I can see that you are asking this for Arkansas. Arkansas does not allow any homemade food items to be sold in (or to) restaurants. You’d need to use a commercial kitchen.
