I was all excited when I saw “pickles” as an allowed item and then later read more details about the pickles. Now, I’m not sure whether the original type pickles, like homemade sauerkraut and kimchi would be allowed under the new amendments of the Texas Cottage Food Law. Does anyone know with certainty that these are or are not allowed?
