I don’t know why they would say only at your home. That can be very dangerous! I really don’t want strangers at my house and aroumd my kids. Seems like it would be ok to meet at a public place. Too many bad things could happen meeting at your home. Heard to many bad stories with Craigslist.

Are you selling your chocolates? Oklahoma only allows certain homemade baked goods to be sold, so yes, selling homemade candy in OK would be illegal. You definitely need to pay income taxes and you don’t need an LLC or tax ID. You may or may not need to get a business license — call up your planning division to find out. If you do not need to get a business license, then the state will classify you as a sole proprietorship by default.

I don’t think there is anything, other than that you should call your planning division to find out if there are any requirements for your specific area.

It is a strange restricted they’ve added to the law, and I don’t know exactly how the health dept interprets it, but this is how I interpret it:
