    Hello everyone!! Well I just got my CFO lady Thursday and I am in full swing!!! I am baking bagels. I have my B permit!! My county, Mariposa County, was fantastic!! The environmental health was so helpful. I am the 5th person to have my CFO there are 4 “B” permits and 1 “A” permit in Mariposa. I am so excited. This is awesome because now I can sell to out local coffee shop, Pony Expresso, and locals too!!! I can’t wait to hopefully encourage more ppl to get their CFO!! Cheers!!!!

      That’s so good to hear Heather! I love hearing success stories like this. You are the first person I’ve heard of that is baking bagels… it’s good to know that those got approved and good luck!
