Let me tell you what’s so great about the CFO business model. An “owner” can step away from it for say 2, 3 weeks to take care of some family nonsense (drama, really) and pick it up where she left off. Can’t say the same if I had a brick and mortar. ;-)

Working on a cookie recipe today incorporating stevia and…a secret ingredient that should add the bulk necessary when you take away ‘sugar’. Fingers crossed. Butter softening as we speak. Learned that the traditional creaming method is a myth! Yay for hacking the process!
