You should probably check with a lawyer or someone in Tallahassee, just in case, but, as far as I know, when you register the name of your LLC on Sunbiz, it’s already done, but a DBA is a separate thing if you are using a name other than your own without having an LLC (or Inc).

Selling peanuts in North Florida, south of Jacksonville.
From all that I can find out peanuts are exempt from most license requirements.
Except of course, bookkeeping. Track your sales, ect.

Would anyone know the current regulation in Florida on selling freeze dried foods? I realize that fruits, vegetables and legumes etc would be allowed-but what about animal snacks (freeze dried chicken) or freeze dried meals (those with protein included-meats, etc)? Any info would be great!
