I’ve been selling spices and tea from home for 6+ years. Recently I was asked to supply a gift shop with tea. If I package my tea in an inspected kitchen, could I do this? Or am I not allowed because I already sell from home?

Hi, I have a secondary kitchen in my home downstairs. I am Utah. There was a note in the application that you could request a Kitchen Evaluation and someone would come out and let you know if your secondary kitchen could be a commercial kitchen.
