You need to find another commercial kitchen to cook from, since the current law in LA doesn’t allow pastries, so you can’t make the products at home. You can ask the health dept what commercial kitchens might be available around you.
I gave my information to become a CFO, gave my tax ID number,and my occupational license what is next? Do I have to become a LLC
