I’m filling out my CFO application and it’s very unclear if Meringue Powder in royal icing will be accepted. I see other CFOs selling sugar cookies with royal icing, and if meringue powder is not approved for icing I’m very curious as to how they do it. Will Meringue Powder be approved?
