Can South Carolina sell bake goods online? Can we ship across state lines? I was told we can but when we do we have to file something like deduction tax exemption.

Try using a Phonemo its a small little portable printer and you download the app Print Master on your phone and it have a lot of different labels you can print using your ingredients, good thing your not wasting your printer paper or ink. It’s also Bluetooth and they sell them on TEMU app try it out

2. Depends on the county, but if it was rejected, I would escalate it up to CDPH, and they should be able to tell your county that your products are approved.
3. I believe veggie chips that are baked or fried are allowed.Michelle posted an update in the group Commercial 9 months, 3 weeks ago
I’ve been selling spices and tea from home for 6+ years. Recently I was asked to supply a gift shop with tea. If I package my tea in an inspected kitchen, could I do this? Or am I not allowed because I already sell from home?

I am not making at home. boarding items like a gift basket idea and delivering. where can I find if this is allowed. I see the list of items allowed and not but that is not on there…appreciate direction. thank you.

Hey All! I’m new to Forrager and anxious to learn all I can! I have to eat guten free, so don’t have anything in my kitchen that contains wheat gluten. I bake a variety of muffins and love trying new additives to mix flavors, etc. Very excited to get started for the holidays!
