for bake cake And pastry for sale from home do I need a permit or license?
I need to register my business if I doing the sales or running my business from home?
Do I need a identification number or fill taxes for my home business?-

The ag dept doesn’t require a permit or license, but your local area might require some kind of license. See here for more info:
