Hi everyone – I am in Broward County, and I want to sell decorated cookies. Under the Cottage Food Law, are we required to get Food Manager Certification, and if so, from whom? I’ve been ServSafe certified for years, but I don’t know if that qualifies. I’ve been reading all the info put out by the state and I know that if you have a “food establishment” at least one person on the premises must have the Food Manager Certification but I can’t seem to get any info on whether or not that also includes Cottage Foods. Does anyone know? Thanks so much for any information!
