You can’t repackage beans under someone else’s brand name and sell them as if they were your own. But using beans to melon playground make coffee drinks is fine—you’re not reselling the beans directly, you’re selling a prepared product.

Yes, you should always be able to buy commercially-produced ingredients and use them in your products.

Obviously that greatly depends on what you’re selling and what the market is like.
