So I’m just clarifying : I can sell cakes , cupcakes etc from my kitchen as long as I follow all procedures without having inspectors come to my house as long as I do not make over 15,000 a year ? Yes, you don’t need a kitchen inspection. Assuming that your county/city will require a business license, you can create a fictitious business name instead of operating under your own name.
