    I have entered into agreement with local hotel to provide them with wedding cakes for clients having their reception there (they do not have a pastry chef).     • No, this would be considered an indirect sale, and there is currently no legal way to sell homemade foods indirectly in Florida.

      The only way to legally run your business is to sell your wedding cakes directly to couples, and to have the hotel either recommend or require their clients to buy from you. Maybe it would be okay if the hotel picked up…[Read more]
