I reached out to St. Louis County today and I was told that cottage food bakeries in St. Louis County are not allowed to sell at vendor events or farmers markets that I would need to use a commisary or commercial kitchen. Yes, you can have both. You would need a separate permit to use the commissary kitchen, of course. Can you confirm that St. Louis County does not allow this law: https://forrager.com/law/missouri-individual-stands/

I have a cottage food business in St. Louis County.
