Hello. Starting a Charcuterie business out of home. Are dried meats form purveyors allowed and or other dried meats. I am not making at home. boarding items like a gift basket idea and delivering. where can I find if this is allowed. I see the list of items allowed and not but that is not on there…appreciate direction. thank you.

You can sell fresh, uncut produce without needing any permit. The only restriction, to my knowledge, are sprouts… those are regulated. You could sell under your LLC but you likely don’t have to.

Hi there. Understand that NJ doesn’t have the cottage food law. I was curious then, how does EatWith get around this? I know they have hosts in in PA and NYC. Thanks, Mike

I don’t have specific recommendations, but I would suggest finding bakeries in your area that sell GF foods, and see what suppliers they use.
