Cotton Candy and other food which are made in the home kitchen are considered as non-potential hazardous food.

Selling peanuts in North Florida, south of Jacksonville.
From all that I can find out peanuts are exempt from most license requirements.
Except of course, bookkeeping. Track your sales, ect.

Would anyone know the current regulation in Florida on selling freeze dried foods? I realize that fruits, vegetables and legumes etc would be allowed-but what about animal snacks (freeze dried chicken) or freeze dried meals (those with protein included-meats, etc)? Any info would be great!

I am wanting to start a candy business using my hazelnuts from my farm I live in Oregon and red under the rules that candy is exempt from agricultural licenses. I’m wondering can I sell online without a license?

It would not be allowed. You would need to use a commercial kitchen to prepare a meal.
