CDPHE is holding what they are calling Cottage Food Stakeholder group meetings on a monthly basis in order to hear from cottage food producers/vendors. The CDPHE wants input into setting up the guidelines for the “pickled vegetables” products that will be Tier 2 food product they can make and sell but probably not until mid-2016.

Just trying to teach cottage food safety trainings to get 3 year certificates out to producers and vendors in the state.
