No… everything you sell must be baked.

You definitely need to pay income taxes and you don’t need an LLC or tax ID. You may or may not need to get a business license — call up your planning division to find out. If you do not need to get a business license, then the state will classify you as a sole proprietorship by default.

I don’t think there is anything, other than that you should call your planning division to find out if there are any requirements for your specific area.

It is a strange restricted they’ve added to the law, and I don’t know exactly how the health dept interprets it, but this is how I interpret it:
