I am just starting up a cake business from my home. I only use buttercream frosting. Would I fall under the Cottage Food Law and if so what steps do I have to take to make it “legal” for me to sell my cakes? I am very new to this and very confused by all of the things I have read and I do not want to make any mistakes. Thank You
