    Hi everyone! I’ve read all about the Virginia Cottage Food laws and I just want to make sure I understand them correctly. I absolutely love to bake and I’ve been a home baker for 20+ years and I’d love to sell my baked goods and chocolates. Since I make these from home, is it allowed to sell the items outside on my own property?
