    I’m thinking to sell from my home pizza, and pasta dishes, no meat sauces. I’m Italian and that’s my specialty. But I’m confused about the law and the insurance. Can I sell to my neighbors, under the cottage law and with no insurance?

    I believe that you would need a commercial kitchen to sell either pizza or pasta. You can’t use the cottage food law. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
