Dog Treats allowed to be sold online?

    Is there any information about selling dog treats? I see that you can’t sell any human-consumption-food items online, but can you sell dog biscuits, jerky and other “dry” dog treats? If so, what do you need besides a tax ID? Do you need to register with the SCDA (as it falls under pet food and therefore “feed”) Or, as a cottage industry, are you exempt from doing this. Thank you!
