I currently own an antique shop, I’ve been reading about the cottage food sales. I enjoy baking and was thinking of selling baked goods in my shop. I know that it says not in retail stores, but this is my shop and I would not be selling to a retailer, I would be the direct seller. Do I need another retail license?
    Thanks,
    Rhonda

No, you cannot sell there even though it’s your shop. You would need to produce the items under a commercial license to sell from your store. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
