    Hi,
I was curious about the rules and regulation sin selling home-made toffee. We make premium toffee using the finest ingredients and sell mainly off our website. Could someone fill us in on the proper process to go further?
This seems like a good place to find answers!
    Thanks!

Oklahoma only allows baked goods under their cottage food law. Therefore, you’d need to use a commercial kitchen to run your business. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
