Is fudge considered Shelf Stable?

    I noticed that fudge is in the list of accepted foods. Is it considered shelf stable, or is it just possible to sell it if you have a food handler’s license?

    Yes, fudge is definitely a shelf stable food! I sell it with my business and it never needs refrigeration. You don’t need to take the food handlers course to sell it in OK.
