    I want to market homemade Kimchi at our local farmer’s market, but it appears I need to get a license in Ohio since it is a fermented product. What is the criteria for licensing my home kitchen? I cannot find in anywhere on the web.

    You need to use a commercial kitchen. You can build one in your home, but that can be very expensive. You will need to talk to the health dept about the requirements for commercial kitchens.
