    I want to market homemade Kimchi at our local farmer’s market, but it appears I need to get a license in Ohio since it is a fermented product. What is the criteria for licensing my home kitchen? I cannot find in anywhere on the web.

    You need to use a commercial kitchen. You can build one in your home, but that can be very expensive. You will need to talk to the health dept about the requirements for commercial kitchens. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
