    Wondering where mustard falls in the categories for Ohio cottage law foods. My recipe starts with standard, purchased yellow mustard. It is cooked with spices, sugar and vinegar. Canned in hot ball jars to seal.
    Can I do this and sell
    through the cottage law in Ohio?

    Debbie, Ohio is usually pretty flexible with what they allow, but it doesn’t look like they currently allow mustard through their cottage food law. Sorry!
