    I am interested to sell dry mixes for baked goods, soups, etc. I was trying to understand the regulations on where these would be able to be sold. If I live in Ohio, am I only able to sell in Ohio. Using an online resource to sell (i.e. etsy or some other platform), would not be an option if it would mean out of state sales?

    I know this post was from some time ago, but I thought I would answer anyway. There is nothing in the Ohio regulations that prevents online sales, but product cannot ship out of state. I use a Square website where I can limit my shipping options to Ohio addresses only.
