Confusion over using a restaurant kitchen for production

    I am a start up that is creating popcorn items i am producing in a commercial restaurant kitchen. I wanted to sell on the internet is this allowed or is there a place I can be directed to find this out.

    Under Ohio’s cottage food law, you can’t sell online or use a commercial kitchen. You need to get a commercial license: http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
