Onsite food prep

    I have a small campground and am interested in serving a continental type breakfast, similar to the hotel chains. Onsite prep of commercially available prepackaged products, from someone like SYSCO or the like. Prepare Belgium Waffles and maybe precooked frozen sausage heated in a microwave and prepackaged single serve cereals.
    Anyone have any Ideas on where to start?

    This wouldn’t fall under the cottage food law. You’ll need to talk to the health dept.
