I am considering moving to NC, and I want to be sure that I understand the current law regarding a home bakery business. If I have animals in the home, which I do, then I would not be able to operate a bakery in my home.
Nor in a separate room designated for baking. I would have to operate out of a completely separate building on my property, right?
    Thanks!

Just based on their application, I believe that pets are never allowed in the home, but you should confirm that with the health dept. If you operated out of a separate building, it would probably have to be a commercial kitchen.

I have a registered emotional support dog. Is his presence not protected by the ADA?
