Hi, I really appreciate the feedback and the forum on this site has been a great resource! I had one question about olive oil. I know under prohibited sales it says “No Oils”, but would that include using a store bought olive oil in my bread dough before baking? I’d like to make a focaccia bread with only herbs on top, but my recipe includes olive oil in the dough.

You can use commercially-produced oils in your baked goods. The “no oils” category means that you cannot sell oils (like infused oils) to consumers.
