Hi, I am looking to open a smoothie shop in Santa fe. I was also going to sell outsourced pastries and other snacks from local established bakeries, but I was hoping to be able to sell dehydrated fruit–that I dehydrate myself–as a snack. Could I do that?

    Thanks.

As far as I know, owning a smoothie shop will require you to setup a commercial kitchen, with inspections from the health dept. As long as you’re going to do all of that, you might as well also use it for making your dried fruit. I don’t think your shop can sell homemade goods.

Hi, I am interested to bake pastries at my home s kitchen and sell them in restaurants or cafes. Is it allowed, or I have to pass exams for a specific license!
