    Hello David. Half a million $$ lost in arrears means our condo is trying to raise money, legally. Any issues trying to coordinate with a culinary school to share their dishes in our lobby? we would require a fee for tickets for entry to the event. Thanks for your help!

    This would be beyond the scope of cottage food laws, and I simply don’t know. You should contact your health dept.
