    Hi,

I am trying to sell cookies on Etsy for a fundraiser to raise money for a non-profit charity. Am I correct in thinking that I can make the cookies at home and have people pay me through Etsy, as long as I hand deliver the cookies to them in person and include the necessary labeling?

    Thanks!

I don’t think that’s allowed, but you could call the health dept to see if the exemption for donated baked goods extends to online sales.
