I’m having trouble singling out the laws referring to selling in another state than you live in. I would like to sell baked goods at a farmers market, unfortunately, I live in Maryland. The area I live in is severely lacking in farmers markets and the closest ones tend to be in Pennsylvania. Who’s laws do you follow? Are there any specific laws pertaining to situations like this?

You must follow Maryland’s laws, and I don’t think they will allow you to sell in PA.
