Hello, all! I’ve been reading about the cottage food law and I understand it gives the advantage of very little regulation in low-risk food prepared at home. However, I am interested in prepared full meals which include protein. Is the only way to do this a commercial kitchen? Or, is there a process (as torturous as it may be) to make and sell such meals from your home? Thanks!

Yes, the only way is by using a commercial kitchen. You might be able to make meals in your home if you build a separate commercial kitchen in it. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
