    I see where ‘salsa’ is allowed under the Louisiana law. I make home made ‘hummus’ and was wondering if it falls under the condiments category. The finished product has to be refrigerated and does not contain any meat ingredients. Thanks.

    Hummus wouldn’t be allowed since it requires refrigeration. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
