    Are there any restrictions on cottage food businesses that limit or deny sales to restaurants/retail outlets? I see on the Louisiana forrager page that this is allowed, but I recently heard from someone in the food industry state that you can’t sell to restaurants/retail without making it in a commercial kitchen (thereby excluding cottage food businesses). Does anyone know what the ruling is, where I could find more information, or a good person/group to talk to?
