    Hello, I am just learning about the cottage kitchen laws. I am big in baking and making other sweets. From brownies to bit-sized pies/muffins. As well as cupcakes and cookies.
    I am not completely sure, but would I be able to make these in a regular kitchen? Or would I need another form of kitchen equipment?

    According to the cottage food law, you can only use your home kitchen, not a garage kitchen and not a commercial kitchen. See the link for your state under this website.
