    Hello!! I would like to know if there are any laws that apply to Indiana with making and selling all herbal lotions, body creams, and teas. If I were to follow the Indiana Cottage Food laws with labeling, would I be ok? Thank you.

    The cottage food laws are only for items that are intended for consumption. I’m not sure what the rules are for selling lotions, but I believe it’s possible to do from home. I’d recommend calling your health dept to learn more.
