    Hello,
    I plan to make and sell flour tortillas and sell them in Farmers markets and food stands.
    Since this type of product is not mention on the Indiana Sales Law allowed, would this fall under “Breads, Bagels, or Biscuits?
    I would appreciate any information you can give me.

    Angelica, yes, they should be allowed.
