My sister works at a local coffee stand and long story short, her boss is interested in having me make homemade baked goods for their stand to sell. I think it would just be stuff like muffins and cookies and that. Is this legal? Are there any legal requirements, like a food safety certification or anything? If it is illegal, is there any way to alter the process to make it legitimate? I live in Idaho which apparently has no cottage food laws.

    Thanks!

You would need to make the muffins and cookies in a commercial kitchen. As far as I know, it isn’t possible to do at home. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
