    For new CFOs, what is recommended when establishing the business — set up the business as a sole proprietorship or LLC?

    I see that this post is a couple years old. Do you still agree with your original opinion to stick with a Sole Proprietorship instead of a LLC? Would you suggest (or do you personally have) business insurance with your home owners insurance? Or do you look at it kind of the same way?
